Henrik Imperial Amber Ale

HIA“Henrik Imperial Amber is a heavily dry-hopped ale somewhere between an American Amber Ale and a Double IPA. Bucket loads of American hops were used to balance the malts in this powerful beer. Henrik Imperial Amber is brewed by Gahr Smith-Gahrsen and Kim Odland at Lervig Aktiebryggeri and was originally brewed at 8.1% and served on tap at Henrik Øl- og Vinstove, Bergen, exclusively.”

Style: American Strong Ale
ABV: 8.5%
IBU: 70+
Fermentables: Pale, cara, crystal, chocolate and Munich malts.
Hops: Chinook and Amarillo
